What is Gael's Grove?
Gael's Grove is a website branch of Randall
Enterprises, a home-based business located in central North Carolina that operates as a retailer selling at Flea Markets,
on the Internet, on eBay and through traditional Mail Order.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes. If you are unhappy with any item
you purchase, just let us know by email. We will give you instructions on how to return it for full credit.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We use PayPal's shopping cart and can
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards through PayPal. We have conducted business through
PayPal since 1999 are a Verified Business member. If you are not a member of PayPal, you can still purchase from us.
Just follow the instructions given during Checkout. Setting up your new PayPal account is fast, easy
and free. If you already have a PayPal account, you will be asked to Login during checkout. Please note that
payments made to us will be under the name of Randall Enterprises and North Carolina Residents will be subject to 7% Sales
Tax.
What Shipping Method do you use and how much
will Shipping cost?
We offer Flat Rate shipping! Shipping
of your order, regardless of size, is only $7.70!
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Our Internet sales are completed by traditional mail order methods.
We do not stock all of the items that we sell so it is sometimes necessary for us to wait for a shipment from our supplier
before we can complete your order. You should plan on 2 to 3 weeks from the date you place order until
your package arrives although many times we are able to get your order to you sooner. We understand that receiving your order
in a timely manner is important to you. It is also important to us because we want you to return to us again and
again. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and we will, by email, acknowledge receipt
of your order and provide you with an anticipated shipment date. When your order has actually been shipped
to you we will send you email stating an estimated delivery date.
Do you accept International orders?
Not at this time. Many countries have
very specific laws pertaining to the importation of many of the products we sell so we have elected to limit our sales
to customers located within the United States.
Can I trust the ingredients labels on your
products?
Yes. We have been very careful to make
sure that every ingredient used in an herbal item is listed on that item to prevent it's use by those who have known allergies.
It is important to note however, that all of our products are sold as "curios only" and we do not advocate the ingestion or
application of any preparation. Allergies can be unknown or can develop in an individual at any time. Liability
of the use of any of our products rests solely upon the customer and the customer agrees to such by purchasing these
items.
What if I try a product and am allergic or
have a bad reaction to it?
We make no warranties or claims sensitivity
to our products will not occur in some individuals. Our Products are sold as "curios" only. Products applied to
the skin or ingested are done so at the risk of the user. We make no warranties, expressed or implied as to the safety
of the use of our products for any individual. In purchasing our products you agree that you alone are
responsible for any negative or adverse outcome resulting from the use of our products.

Do you guarantee that your magickal products
will work?
No. There are many factors involved in
Magick -- the most important of which is the Intention and Magickal Energy of the spellcrafter. We put
together our Spell Kits with the proper intentions and use the herbs, oils, crystals and talismans demonstrated
over the centuries as effective in the Intention we wish to achieve; however, since we are not using these products ourselves
we can not guarantee that your power will be focused sufficiently to achieve the goal desired. Each Spell
Kit comes with complete instructions. Follow the instructions carefully and focus on the Intention you wish to realize,
but remember that these items are sold as "curios" only and no guarantee is made as to their effectiveness. We
can not guarantee Spell Kits. If you purchase a kit and your magick fails we will be happy to advise
you on other things you can do to help you realize your goal and we can help you with exercises you can perform
to help with visualization and technique. Just email us with any questions that you might have or to ask for advice.
Positive attitude is imperative in Magick, however, and if you enter into it expecting it to fail -- it will.
